PostSubject: What went on at General Meeting Sept. 3   Tue Sep 07, 2010 1:07 pm

Well we had a pretty good turn out...for a long Labor Day Weekend.
There were about 16 or so there.
Talked about Golden Aspen Motorcycle Rally
Sep 15th, 2010 through Sep 19th, 2010 It was voted to stay at River Ranch. Ed said it was functional now. He's trying to go up Wed. Hope we have wonderful weather. Not sure what day Mike & I are heading up for sure, maybe Wed. or Thur. Sure looking forward to getting away for a bit.

Chili Cook-off in Oct. NEED SILENT AUCTION ITEMS & GARAGE SALE ITEMS. So start looking around and see what you can find. You can bring them to next meeting or call ED has room in his garage to store them.
We had Officers nominations:
Eddy Ray & Mel nominated for Vice President *
Mario nominated for Treasure
Al nominated for Road Caption One.

REMEMBER: Sept 21 Officers and Cook off committee meeting Warfield 7:00

* I'll be bringing Campaign buttons, ribbons and Pecan Brownies to the next meeting. :-)
