ITEMS ARE NEEDED for Silent Auction and Garage Sale Auction during the Chili Cook Off.

Please Look around your house, shop, yard, garage etc... for items you can donate for the Garage Sale and Silent Auctions. It does not have to be motorcycle related. Remember BAKED GOODIES make wonderful Slient Auction items too.

We are also needing Volunteers to help out some druing the Chili Cook Off.
We Need everyones Help and Support to Make this Chili Cook Off a Great Success and of Course LOTS OF FUN.
You can Bring your Auction donations to the General Meeting Friday Oct. 2 or Call Ed to make other arrangements. We will take a hand count of everyone donating Baked Goods at General Meeting. If you can't make meeting please let Ed what you are planning on baking. So we can have a kind of guess estimate of items we'll be auctioning.
